Please call Mr. Michel Chiroux, Housing Coordinator, at 719-268-4215 to request room reservations. (The reservation group is under: "SCA Reunion 2010.")

A daily room rate of $79.00 (plus tax) has been negotiated which is a significant discount from the standard rate. Michel Chrious 719-268-4215 is handling our group regardless if you come before or stay after the reunion.

You are encouraged to make your reservations early so that you will receive the accommodations you request.

For those who will need transportation to the hotel, you can get a taxi for about $25.00 to $40.00 one way from the airport. The Marriott Hotel has only local shuttles and does not provide service to and from the airport.

GOLF - on one of the best and most beautiful golf courses in Colorado!  Ed Shockley is managing the golf outing and requests to be contacted directly with questions.  Please let Ed know ASAP if you are interested.  Also, golfers should let him know if they have any requests, such as whom they might like in their foursome, who has a requirement for a handicap cart, etc. This information will make his meetings with the golf course management more productive and result in a better coordinated event. Speakers, day tours, golf tournament and evening events are in the planning stages but you can be sure that this is going to be a great reunion. Wendy Adams, LIC (Lady in Charge) asks that you contact her by e-mail. If you are planning to attend and it would be great if you could tell her the number of people in your party.  (This is not a commitment in stone – just an estimate for planning purposes.)

Wendy will distribute registration packages in the near future.  Please take a few minutes to look it over, complete it and register as early as you can.
